Resonance Rising: A Sound & Movement Journey is a three-day immersive retreat designed to reset, renew, and reawaken through the transformative power of sound, movement, and stillness. At the heart of the retreat is The Soundful Experience (SX), created by composer and vibrational therapist Sam Cutri. SX blends live instrumentation with scientifically tuned frequencies — including binaural beats, isochronic tones, and Solfeggio harmonics — to guide you into profound states of calm, coherence, and presence. Each day includes two SX sessions, supported by morning meditations, evening sound journeys, and gentle movement practices. On the final night, the retreat crescendos with Shut Up & Dance, a conscious ecstatic dance guided by live music and grounded in stillness.

Alongside these practices, participants are invited into open sharing circles and journaling sessions to anchor insights and deepen community connection.
